New York State Assistant Attorney General Alfred Delicata

Alfred Delicata is an experienced business leader and legal professional based in New York City. Early in his career, he served as an Assistant Attorney General for five years. During this time, he supported the Attorney General's office by defending state officials and agencies in state and federal courts, drafting legal documents, overseeing hearings and appeals, and conducting countless depositions. In 2000, Alfred Delicata stepped away from this role and established a law office in Eastchester, New York.

Over nearly 25 years as the firm’s owner and sole practitioner, Mr. Delicata argued cases in all state and federal courts, in addition to one case that escalated to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He also represented numerous clients before zoning boards of appeals, the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board, and the American Arbitration Association.

Alfred Delicata’s academic background includes a business degree from Pace University and a juris doctor from St. Thomas University in Miami. During his time as a solo practitioner, his legal focus encompassed the fields of real estate law, family law, arbitrations, contract negotiations, and more.
